Privacy

We store only what the season pass needs.

• Your email, and a login code that is stored as a hash and deleted after it is used or expires.
• The mobile number, registration number, rank, category, and PwD answer you enter at payment.
• The choice list you build, and the Razorpay payment id for that order.
• Support messages you send.
• For seat pages: the account id, page, filters, an IP prefix, and the browser name. These logs are for spotting bulk copying and are deleted after 14 days. We do not keep the full IP address.

Resend sends the login email. Razorpay takes the payment and has its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information or the organised seat lists.

A choice-list export is marked with your account id so a republished file can be traced. One login can be active at a time.
